"In high school, I joined a 4-year Culinary Operations Academy, where I learned the fundamentals of the culinary industry and began my fine dining career at Haven in Tampa under Chefs Chad Johnson and Courtney Orwig. After serving in the military, I pursued my education at Keiser University while working at Bern's Steak House and helping launch Boulon. Understanding the importance of being well-rounded, I also trained in Baking and Pastry under Chef Summer Bailey. 

 

 I hold an A.S. degree in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry from Keiser University and am currently pursuing a B.S. in Restaurant and Lodging Management at the University of Central Florida. Today, I work at Meliora in Sarasota, FL Under Chef Drew Adam's, where I continue to express my passion for food. I’m excited to share my culinary journey with you all.
