My Story
You’d be surprised what you can make, despite limited access to vegetables and canned goods. Moving from country to country when I was little, with no choice on what “makes it” to my plate, left me open to a variety of textures, spices, and essences. I was happy to experiment on myself and taste the different flavors I could create. My ongoing trek across continents has had a hand in who I am in the kitchen today. From North to South America and Europe, I was exposed to a dietary variety characterized by regional limitations and distinct cultural practices when sharing food around the table in familial settings.
